I’m Natalie, a Reiki Grandmaster and Teacher, Soul Coach, and Energy Guide. I’m here to walk beside you on your journey of spiritual growth and reconnection, to help you align with your soul’s truth and awaken the power already within you.

My approach is rooted in practical spirituality, blending ancient wisdom and modern tools to support real transformation in daily life. I draw from Reiki, Quantum Healing, Frequency Therapies, and Intuitive Coaching to create experiences that are gentle, grounded, and soul led.

My Journey

After 17 years in the corporate world, I felt my soul calling me home.

The success I had built no longer felt aligned and walking away from that life became the most courageous and liberating decision I ever made.

What followed was a deep healing journey, one that led me to Reiki, crystals, meditation, energy frequencies, and beyond. I immersed myself in the unseen world, eventually becoming certified in:

  • Reiki (Divine Yu, Usui, Tibetan - attuned through level 9) as a Reiki Grandmaster and Teacher

  • Certified Coach

  • Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) - Level 2 Practitioner

  • Crystal Energy Guide

  • Angel Card Reading

These teachings, experiences, and energetic initiations allowed me to create a soul practice that supports others in reconnecting with themselves, expanding their awareness, and aligning with who they truly are.

My Approach

To me, healing is not just about overcoming the past, it’s about remembering your power and returning to the truth of who you are.

I guide clients through supportive practices like Reiki, meditation, breathwork, journaling, frequency, and intuitive coaching, offering tools to bring balance, clarity, and self connection into daily life. Every session is shaped by intention, presence and soul.

What Sets My Practice Apart?

Reiki is the golden thread that flows through everything I do. Whether I’m holding space in a soul coaching session, guiding a QHHT journey, leading a moon ceremony, or working with the Healy frequency device, my intention is always to create a nurturing space for remembrance, reconnection, and spiritual alignment.

A Bit More About Me

When I’m not working with clients, I’m often creating Reiki Infused Crystal Jewellery. Each piece is handcrafted with love and intention to support energetic balance and personal empowerment. I believe we are deeply connected to the energy of the earth and cosmos, and I infuse that belief into everything I make.

As a lifelong learner, I’m always expanding my practice. I’m currently studying both Vedic and Tropical Astrology, adding new depth and cosmic insight into my offerings.
