Natalie is Reiki Grand Master and Teacher in the DivineYu, Usui and Tibetan systems of Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress & anxiety through gentle touch. Natalie uses her hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow & balance of your energy to support healing. Natalie uses crystals to assist in promoting the bodies healing abilities & amplify energy if there is a lack.

Natalie is a Certified Coach, her coaching is designed to help you align with your purpose, feel empowered, and create meaningful transformation in your life. As a Reiki Grandmaster, Reiki remains the foundation of Natalie’s practice, in her coaching sessions Reiki is integrated to help support you emotionally, energetically, and practically.
